Overview

I was brought in to provide assistance with multiple IT projects around Microsoft technologies including Active Directory and Systems Management Server, and other technologies like McAfee. I also provided Level-3 support for approximately 30,000 users worldwide. I was asked to provide Microsoft Office365 cloud costs analysis and provided Active Directory security assessment. Other projects included rolling out McAfee Firewall Policies through EPO, helping design and provide recommendations to Manufacturing Plant Active Directory Environment, heading up project for 100% Server compliance worldwide, providing migration consultation on Notes to Exchange, and an SCCM Project upgrade.
